We ship your bike order free of charge with PostNL. You'll receive an expected delivery date from them by email. We offer a 48-hour delivery service, so your bike will be delivered within 2 business days! Bikes ordered before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Please note: We only deliver our bikes in the Netherlands and Belgium. Bike deliveries to the Wadden Islands are not possible.

All products listed on our website are in stock. When you add a product to your cart, it will be held for a maximum of 24 hours, so you have plenty of time to shop with us!
To get the products to our customers as quickly as possible, orders are automatically processed in our systems immediately after purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can refuse the package at the door or return it after receipt.

How will my bike be delivered?

All our bikes are delivered in a box. To make things as easy as possible for you, our bikes are already 85% assembled. Depending on the bike, you may still need to assemble the following:
- Mounting the front wheel
- Installing the front mudguard
- Installing the handlebars, saddle and pedals
- Install any front carrier or training wheels

Delivery

Warranty on your bicycle

Cortego guarantees that the delivered product complies with the concluded agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date the agreement is concluded.

In general, you have a 1-year warranty on all moving parts and a 2-year warranty on the frame. Parts subject to wear and tear, such as tires, chain, chainrings, freewheel, rear sprockets, cables, and brake pads, are not covered by the warranty, unless there are construction and/or material defects. Damage resulting from improper use and falls is not covered by the warranty.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We'll also return the repaired or replacement product to you free of charge.

If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will tell you the repair costs. We will not repair anything without your permission.

If there's anything wrong with your product, please always contact us first. We'll work with you to determine how to handle your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Wij hebben een fiets gekocht met versnellingen en mijn dochter heeft veel plezier hiermee. Snel afgeleverd. Er was geen handleiding bij, maar wij hebben een e-mail gestuurd en ze hebben snel beantwoord met een link waar je de handleiding kon downloaden. Top , mijn dochter is heel blij.

Mooie kleur, goede kwaliteit (shimano) en alles uit degelijk materiaal. 20min werk om de fiets in elkaar te knutselen met hulp van de demo video.

Een heel blije meid!

Zie haar eens stralen! Zo blij met haar mooie mat zwarte cortega fiets. Ze moest eerst even helpen met het uit de doos halen en in elkaar zetten.. maar dat was het meer dan waard zoals je ziet.
Met haar 9 jaar en lengte van 137cm ongeveer past ze er prima op. Ondanks de regen wilde ze blijven fietsen. 💖
En wij zijn trots op onszelf maar we voor het eerst een fiets in elkaar hebben gezet 🤫
