Free Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium

Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered tomorrow. Delivered to your home 6 days a week.

We ship your bike order free of charge with PostNL. You'll receive an expected delivery date from them by email. We offer a 48-hour delivery service, so your bike will be delivered within 2 business days! Bikes ordered before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Please note: We only deliver our bikes in the Netherlands and Belgium. Bike deliveries to the Wadden Islands are not possible.

All products listed on our website are in stock. When you add a product to your cart, it will be held for a maximum of 24 hours, so you have plenty of time to shop with us!
To get the products to our customers as quickly as possible, orders are automatically processed in our systems immediately after purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can refuse the package at the door or return it after receipt.

How will my bike be delivered?

All our bikes are delivered in a box. To make things as easy as possible for you, our bikes are already 85% assembled. Depending on the bike, you may still need to assemble the following:
- Mounting the front wheel
- Installing the front mudguard
- Installing the handlebars, saddle and pedals
- Install any front carrier or training wheels

Delivery

Warranty on your bicycle

Cortego guarantees that the delivered product complies with the concluded agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date the agreement is concluded.

In general, you have a 1-year warranty on all moving parts and a 2-year warranty on the frame. Parts subject to wear and tear, such as tires, chain, chainrings, freewheel, rear sprockets, cables, and brake pads, are not covered by the warranty, unless there are construction and/or material defects. Damage resulting from improper use and falls is not covered by the warranty.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We'll also return the repaired or replacement product to you free of charge.

If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will tell you the repair costs. We will not repair anything without your permission.

If there's anything wrong with your product, please always contact us first. We'll work with you to determine how to handle your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Snelle levering, mooie degelijke fiets

Op een woensdag besteld, donderdag al geleverd. In elkaar zetten was prima te doen. Mooie en degelijke fiets voor een goede prijs, ons zoontje (hij wordt 6 jaar oud dit weekend) kan hier mooi een aantal jaar mee vooruit (22 inch).

Fijne fiets

De fiets kwam wel al half in elkaar gezet binnen en er stond op de doos heel groot retour.
We twijfelden om deze dus terug te sturen omdat dit wel wat slordig is. Het spat bord was ook scheef. Denk reden van retour maar hebben wij zelf kunnen verhelpen.

We hadden wel de oranje besteld maar kregen de zwarte! Dit omdat op de doos 2 verschillende kleur aanduidingen stonden. Dus snap de verwarring!
Wij vonden de zwarte net zo mooi voor onze zoon van 6 dus zijn de fiets zelf gaan oppimpen om er een mooi feestelijk kado van te maken! Hij is er erg blij mee.
