We ship your bike order free of charge with PostNL. You'll receive an expected delivery date from them by email. We offer a 48-hour delivery service, so your bike will be delivered within 2 business days! Bikes ordered before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Please note: We only deliver our bikes in the Netherlands and Belgium. Bike deliveries to the Wadden Islands are not possible.

All products listed on our website are in stock. When you add a product to your cart, it will be held for a maximum of 24 hours, so you have plenty of time to shop with us!
To get the products to our customers as quickly as possible, orders are automatically processed in our systems immediately after purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can refuse the package at the door or return it after receipt.

How will my bike be delivered?

All our bikes are delivered in a box. To make things as easy as possible for you, our bikes are already 85% assembled. Depending on the bike, you may still need to assemble the following:
- Mounting the front wheel
- Installing the front mudguard
- Installing the handlebars, saddle and pedals
- Install any front carrier or training wheels

Delivery

Warranty on your bicycle

Cortego guarantees that the delivered product complies with the concluded agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date the agreement is concluded.

In general, you have a 1-year warranty on all moving parts and a 2-year warranty on the frame. Parts subject to wear and tear, such as tires, chain, chainrings, freewheel, rear sprockets, cables, and brake pads, are not covered by the warranty, unless there are construction and/or material defects. Damage resulting from improper use and falls is not covered by the warranty.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We'll also return the repaired or replacement product to you free of charge.

If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will tell you the repair costs. We will not repair anything without your permission.

If there's anything wrong with your product, please always contact us first. We'll work with you to determine how to handle your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Goede kwaliteit en prijs verhouding

Top fiets, we hebben de eerste keer een probleem gehad, het enige nadeel is dat je alleen via de mail kan reageren je krijgt wel netjes antwoord vragen om foto's of een video van je probleem. Helpen je dan wel naar een passende oplossing, ik kon de fiets komen omruilen en kreeg een upgrade model dus top service.

Cortego Ranger 7 speed

Onze zoon is dolgelukkig met deze fiets. Makkelijk in elkaar te zetten met de handleiding. Zoals op de website staat werd bij ons de fiets een dag later al geleverd.
De fiets zelf is heel degelijk en bevalt tot nu toe heel goed. Voor dat geld waren we wat huiverig voor de kwaliteit, maar had niet gehoeven!
We moeten alleen nog even een alternatief zoeken voor het achterlicht. Met het zadel op de laagste stand past deze niet onder het zadel op de stang.

De levering verliep probleemloos, de fiets was in slechts een paar stappen gemonteerd (reeds voorgemonteerd).
Wij zijn overal blij mee en onze zoon is blij met een stijlvolle nieuwe fiets waarmee hij naar school kan rijden.

Prachtige fiets voor mooie prijs

Prachtige opvallende fiets voor onze zoon van 6. Fiets is robuust en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prijs is in verhouding tot andere soortgelijke fietsen uitstekend. Aanrader!

Let wel op dat de handleiding per mail wordt verzonden. Hier kwamen wij pas achter nadat hij al in gebruik was ;-)).
